Mindspace Mayo is a community based system of care that supports young people aged 15-25 to achieve better mental health and wellbeing. Mindspace offers a support service to young people presenting with anything from common concerns (e.g. dealing with breakup,exam stress) to young people with emerging mental health difficulties such as mild depression and anxiety
A community-based adolescent and family support service,working with young people aged 10 to 18 years.

Based in Millview Crescent Community Building,North Mayo Youth Project supports young people from 10 – 24years,in Ballina town and surrounding areas.
Provides a range of supports,services and advice(including the Youth Booth Cafe) to young people living in the Ballinrobe area.
Aims to divert young people away from possible involvement in crime and anti-social behaviour.
