Mindspace Mayo is a community based system of care that supports young people aged 15-25 to achieve better mental health and wellbeing. Mindspace offers a support service to young people presenting with anything from common concerns (e.g. dealing with breakup, exam stress) to young people with emerging mental health difficulties such as mild depression and anxiety
